1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to represent the business you register.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
- Do not send spam, malware, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
- Do not resell or misrepresent the service without our written consent.
- Do not use the service to collect data you are not authorised to collect.
3. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your plan's limits and features are shown on the pricing page. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
4. Free plan
The free plan is offered as-is, with the limits described on the pricing page. We may adjust free-plan limits over time.
5. AI responses
The AI assistant generates responses from the knowledge you provide. While we work hard to keep it accurate, you are responsible for reviewing your knowledge base and for the responses shown to your visitors.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and will try to minimise disruption.
7. Refunds
Paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelpChatly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
